Major Responsibilities of this role:
- Greet Hospital clients, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Schedule appointments, maintain, and update appointment calendars.
- Transmit and receive information or documents to/from customers via telephone, mail, or other company communication media.
- Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers as necessary.
- Hear and resolve complaints from customers.
- File and maintain records.
- Provide information about location of departments or offices, employees within the Hospital.
- Analyze and update data to determine answers to questions from customers regarding to service types, schedules, availability of specialists, and the like.
Closing Date: – Seven consecutive days including Saturday from date of this announcement.
Term of Employment: – Permanent up on satisfactory completion of the probationary period.

Required skills and qualifications
- BA Degree or Diploma Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing with at least two years demonstrated work experience preferably in hospitality industry.
- High emotional & mental strength.
- Best observant & customer care.
- Willingness to take multi tasks & additional responsibilities.
- Best Interpersonal and communication skills with bilingual preference.
