Under the direction of the Department Manager:

• Plans, directs and coordinates operations at the warehouse or storage facility to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory are processed according to schedule.
• Oversees picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions of the warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and procedures.
• Oversees receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance of the warehouse operations.
• Manages stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Organizes the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods, and products to feed business operations and customer demand.
• Establishes warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.
• Provides a safe working environment, adhering to health, safety and environmental procedures and ensuring understanding and practices.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of products, materials and goods.
• Ensures inventories are accurate, and controls inventory levels by ensuring physical counts, and ensures that they are conducted and reconciled with utilization of automated system in the warehouse.
• Provides periodic reporting to the department on warehousing processes and results.

Job Requirements

Education : BA in Economics / Business Management / or Accounting

Experience: 6 years of relevant experience in warehouse management in business organizations.

Skills:

• Strong in technical, operational, and people management.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Creativity in problem solving.
