Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently communicating with clients and guests; addressing inquiries and providing outstanding service
- Provide administrative support to management team and staff.
- Handle all communication such as phone calls and emails with professionalism.
- Streamlining administrative tasks.
- Maintaining organized filing systems and assisting with basic book-keeping tasks.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operation.
- Assisting with maintaining a clean and organised office.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Â Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent phone etiquette.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality/tourism roles preferred.
- Familiarity with filing systems and basic bookkeeping principles.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-moving industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Availability for long hours and spontaneous engagement as needed.

Education:
Minimum of College Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or additional qualifications in office administration or related field is an advantage.
