As a member of a lean ID commercial team, the RTM Co-ordinator will support local winning by providing functional support, capability building and operational support to across the following Sales and Distribution areas:
Route to Market Execution
Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), covering Traditional and Modern trade, channel management, RED execution, efficiency, engagement
Secondary distribution

Conduct EDS in assigned areas
Prepare and organize EDS in the assigned area
Manage mapping process
Manage all EDS data
Supervise, manage, to ensure correct data provided
Rollout RTM Model
Executive implementation of RTM model
Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications and Experience
University Degree in Marketing, Management, Accounting or related business fields
Approximately 2 years of relevant corporate experience
Working in an FMCG
