The University of Malawi (UNIMA) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Staff Associate in Philosophy tenable at UNIMA in Zomba.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
Applicants must possess:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities, Philosophy major, with a minimum of a credit.

Strong background in Critical Thinking, Logic, Phenomenology and Existentialism, and Critical Theory.

Ability to work under supervision

Integrity, dependability and willingness to learn.
DUTIES
The successful candidate will be undertaking the following duties:

Teaching, setting and timely grading of continuous assessments and examinations for Critical Thinking, Logic, Phenomenology and Existentialism, and Critical Theory.

Participating in all academic and professional activities of the department.

Carrying out other relevant duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.
