Backend Engineer 3 + yrs exp
Senior Backend Engineer 6+ yrs exp
Team Leader 8 + yrs exp
Staff Engineer 10 +
Engineering Manager 10+
depth of experience is always assessed using a technical evaluation 3/5 hrs work.
