Aitenga Women Empowerment Organisation is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) based in Uganda that focuses on empowering women, particularly single mothers, through economic empowerment. The organisation was established as a charity arm of a Taiwanese team, with the goal of creating sustainable job opportunities, fostering, self-reliance, and developing entrepreneurial skills among women.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in social work, social sciences or related field
• Two years of working experience in community development initiatives
• Computer literacy i.e. proficiency in Microsoft office (word, ppt, excel)
• Proven organizational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
