• Knowledge on certified standards that is, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), (International Standard Organization (ISO), Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Knowledge on Organic certification standards, Fair Trade standard, Rainforest Alliance (Crop Certification)
• Experience of at least 2 years or more performing a
• production manager or related role with companies in the Food processing and production management, organic certification, Fair trade.
• Experience in Vanilla and Dried Fruit processing.
• Ability to demonstrate how to execute high level R&D projects
