Responsibilities:
• Oversee the procurement of materials, production, quality, maintenance, costs and safety of feed mill operational.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely manufacturing of feed requirements.
• Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure feed/grain quality.
• Coordinate employees, manage team performance and development.
• Address all production inquiries and resolve effectively and efficiently

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Science, Animal Science, Poultry Science, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in feed production industry
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, Word and Eggsactly an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and produce quality work with attention to detail.
• Live in Luanshya on the Copperbelt
