Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists the Room Service Manager in supervising the day to day operation of Room Service and Mini Bar.
- Assists the Room Service Manager in analyzing on an ongoing basis the following:
- Quality level of production
- Guest satisfaction
- Operating costs
- Sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene.
- Creates a positive team atmosphere among Team Members.
- Treats all Team Members fairly, with respect.
- Check the quality of deliveries of fresh food and baked goods.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.
- Total receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, and lock facility at end of day.
- Has effectively forecasted restaurant needs.
- Shifts priorities and goals as work demands change

Education : Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
Experience: Previous Food and Beverage Management or Supervisory 3 years and above experience
