Key Performance Areas:

Servicing and repairing Printers
End to end repair process knowledge required
Use computer-based systems to enter/record required data
Receive, verify, and stock inventory from various vendors
Fill, pick, and prepare part requests/orders for purchasing
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records
Complete accurate defective part documentation
Miscellaneous daily tasks including clean-up activities
Perform hardware diagnostics of all units

Minimum Requirements:

Education : Diploma (Preferable)
Certification: A+ (Preferable), Service qualification with brands like HP, Epson, Canon (Highly preferable)
Experience: 2+ Years in Printer repairs (Essential)
Location: Carousel Shopping Mall, Lusaka (Onsite)
