Role Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain procedures and systems at all manufacturing sites to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Execute quality strategies at regional level aligned with corporate goals.
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service quality.
- Collaborate with site quality managers to identify and implement best practices and process optimizations.
- Collaborate with internal audit teams and ensure timely closure of identified corrective actions.
- Ensure the development and training of quality personnel within the region.
- Collaborate with regional operations, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality considerations into all processes.
- Monitor and analyse customer feedback and satisfaction data.
- Implement action plans to address customer concerns and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Stay informed about changes in regional regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on regional quality performance to senior management.
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhanced efficiency.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a regional role.
- Strong understanding of quality principles and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software (preferred).
- Language: Fluent in English and minimum good command of French
- Travels expected regionally (at least 20%).
- Ability to work flexible hours
