Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare the schedule of all Council meetings and consult with the Executive Director;
• Prepare Summaries of Council meetings;
• Keeping records of Council meetings and its Committees;
• Maintain all materials related to the sessions;
• Keeping the attendance list of Councilors and Experts;
• Provide a schedule for monitoring and implementing resolutions;
• Keeping meeting regulations; and
• Managing the “cutting” of meetings.
Qualification and Experience
• Employed with Degree / Higher Diploma in Law / Arts / Administration from colleges recognized by the Government
