Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

· Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

· Partner with senior management to identify current and future organizational needs and develop appropriate HR solutions.

· Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing employment practices within the maritime industry.

· Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services and support to all employees.

· Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Chartered membership of a recognized HR professional body (e.g., CIPM, SPHRi).

· Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the maritime industry.

· Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations relevant to the maritime sector.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational performance and growth.
