The purpose of the role is for you to be responsible for all field operational activities.. You will ensure that inventory and compliance audits are conducted in each of the stock holding locations across the country as assigned to them following an agreed audit schedule.

Job Functions

Monthly Audits

• Perform monthly physical stock audit exercises among all MKOPA outlets and DSRs to ascertain existence of stock and report to management on the findings, highlighting critical issues and making relevant recommendations
• Provide insights on risks within Retail, Sales, Warehouse and Logistics and recommend solutions
• Perform periodic Audits on all non-operational Warehouses on M-KOPAnet and Dynamics and provide scores and recommendations
• Perform quarterly DSR Stock Audits and highlight any risks and provide recommendations
•   Audits on supplier and 3rd party billings to ensure accuracy of billing

Lost Inventory Management

•    Lost stock – Ensure complete investigation, write off and recovery after inventory is lost
• Liaison role – Work hand in hand with the Retail Expansions Team, Sales Teams, sales administrators, Fraud and Insurance to ensure compliance on inventory management processes.

Inventory device journey management

• Liaise with all parties in the journey to ensure service level agreements are adhered to at each stage
• Report to stakeholders on any risks at any point of the device journey with recommendations

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION REQUIRED

•  Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or any other related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in a professional finance environment with Finance Audit as an added advantage
• 1+ years’ experience in people management.
• Aptitude for numbers
• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Must demonstrate impressive operational, logistics, stock audit, compliance audit, reports writing, analytics and communication.
