Duties and responsibilities
Main Responsibilities: The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for managing the organization’s digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media advertising, and organizational Program development and reporting, as well as updating.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Social media advertising: Develop and implement social media advertising campaigns to promote the organization’s programs and services, increase engagement with stakeholders, and drive traffic to the organization’s website.
- PMS management: Manage the organizational Program Management System (PMS), ensuring that it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and effective in supporting program management.
- Case story development: Develop case stories that showcase the organization’s impact and success stories, working closely with program teams to gather relevant information and data.
- News development and reporting: Develop news stories about the organization’s programs and activities, working closely with program teams to gather relevant information and data.
- Updating: Update organizational documents and materials as needed, including brochures, fact sheets, and other materials.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on digital marketing activities and their impact on the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Perform other related duties as requested by his/her immediate supervisor
- Qualification:
- Degree in Journalism & Communication, English, ICT, Computer Engineering and any
other related fields4. Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing
5. Skills Required, Attitudes and Attributes:
- Excellent communication (written and spoken) in English
- Very good working knowledge of ICT technologies (related software, phone, email, internet),
- Excellent communication and Networking skill;
- Ability to work as part of a project team
- Willingness to strengthen skills and competencies as required by the tasks.
