Key Responsibilities:

  • Job allocation based on vendor capacity and responsiveness in conjunction with the Vendor management team.
  • Cost-conscious scheduling to ensure the elimination of avoidable costs in the delivery of TbM products offering.
  • Collaborate with CX agents to ensure the right visibility is provided to customers during execution.
  • Maintaining On-Time Delivery as per customer requirement (internal / external customers).
  • Optimize experiences by challenging business rules/limitations where possible.
  • Ensure accurate vendor invoicing and timely payments in accordance with contractual agreements.
  • Follow laid-down mechanism and processes for speedy issue resolution to protect customer outcomes in sync with CX.
  • Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset to quickly convert impacts into business opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Customer Centricity: Prioritize customer needs and expectations in all aspects of work.
  • Maintains data integrity through accurate inputs/updates to all related systems like TrakIT etc.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.

Who are we looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • A strong sense of urgency and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Knowledge of the local market and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong team player with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Understanding of route planning, import/export procedures or distribution operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in MS Office and curious about new tools and technologies.
