Key Requirements

• Should have a minimum of 5-10 years of managerial experience, preferably in Real Estate
• Should be resident in Eliozu or its environs.
• Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business operations and achieve organizational goals.
• Provide inspirational and impactful leadership to the team of professionals, to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Oversee day-to-day activities, including budget management, resource allocation, and performance evaluation.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to support business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies to mitigate risks and maintain ethical standards.

Qualifications / Skills

• B.Sc. or HND in a related field, along with any other related professional courses.
• Strong Business Acumen.
