Job description

What you’ll get to do

  1. Analyze employee needs to discover  performance  gaps through TNA and appraisals.
  2. Design learning initiatives  to promote organizational, technical and leadership development
  3. Develop curriculums and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of training programs.
  4. Implement training programs by leveraging systems & tools for online and in-person sessions.
  5. Evaluate, measure and monitor the effectiveness of programs using assessment tools.
  6. Maintain a keen understanding of training trends for global workforce development.

To succeed in this role, we think you should be/ have

  1. Know how to ask important questions that reveal employee  knowledge and skill gaps.
  2. Know how adults learn and use the principles to design tailored learning initiatives.
  3. Be good at working with Subject Matter Experts to create and facilitate learning experiences.
  4. Be great at talking to people, working with people  and getting them excited about learning.
  5. Able to use data to make decisions that improve learning experiences.
  6. Have a BS.c degree in  Human Resources , Educational Technology, or a related field.
  7. Have at least 3 years of experience in L&D with a history of assessing needs and managing programs.
