Role Overview:
The Security Officer will report to the Chief Human Resources & Administration Officer and be responsible for ensuring the security of the company’s assets, employees, and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement, emergency services, and community leaders.
  Coordinate with Community Police to bolster local area security.
• Manage incident reporting and facilitate insurance claims through liaison with the police.
• Formulate and implement security policies and procedures specific to the ethanol industry.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits.
• Oversee detailed investigations of security breaches.

Qualifications:

• Advanced Security Management training, with experience in Police or Military roles.
• Malawi School Certificate of Education (M.S.C.E).
• At least 5 years of experience in a security management role.
