REPORTS TO: Malawi Board Team
The role of the Program Coordinator is to ensure the Effectiveness of ACI activities on the ground. Administration of operational programs, induction of new employees or volunteers and supervising them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for planning, implementation and evaluating Different programs.
2. Lead and oversee ACI support team.
3. Coordinating with the local community.
4. Supporting the coordination of daily tasks and development of project actions.
5. Prepare and present regular reports, financial reports, and records for all
program related costs.
6. Maintain close relations with other NGOs and institutions who are in partnership
with ACI.
7. Searching and applying grants for ACI.
8. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
9. Lead in enforcing children protection and safeguarding policy.
10. Track and approve relevant expenses of activities and materials.
11. Ensure all program activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
1. Demonstrated experience in coordinating activities and events.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to prioritize activities and tasks in timely manner.
4. Firm understanding of procedures that increase eTiciency.
5. Knowledge of bookkeeping and budgeting processes.
6. Sharp organizational skills.
7. Knowledge of program evaluation techniques and reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Diploma / Degree in any related field.
