RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market;
Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products;
Meeting marketing/sales operational and financial objectives;
Creating a variety of ongoing promotional activities to increase revenues;
Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;
Determining annual and gross-profit plans;
Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements;
Preparing and analyzing annual budget plans;
Scheduling expenditures and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals;
Suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals;
Enforcing the Company’s policies and procedures;
Maintaining relationships with important clients;
Staying current in the industry and maintaining personal and professional networks.
REQUIREMENTS
A Diploma in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration, or related field.
2 years’ experience in marketing or sales.
Must be computer literate
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
The ability to work under pressure with very minimal supervision.
Experience in management may be advantageous.
