Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report on results.
Content Creation & Management:
Create compelling content for social media, website, newsletters, and other channels.
Manage and update the company’s social media accounts and website.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitive strategies.
Assist in developing customer personas and refining marketing strategies.
Brand Management:
Support brand positioning and consistency across all communication materials.
Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines.
Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing marketing events like Amanbo Day, trade shows, and webinars.
Coordinate logistics and ensure effective event promotion.
Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
Support the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related role.
Skills:Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM and social media marketing.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
