Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or science background (preferred)
• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results
