Key Responsibilities
• Responding to frontline customer enquiries, comments, complaints and record accordingly.
• Ensure entry and filing of all financial transactions;
• Processing all payments
• Oversee the management of petty cash expense and reimbursements as well as retirements.
• Deposit all receipts promptly
• Process receipts in approved accounting application
• Track all receipt books issued out for reconciliation purposes
• Checking and coding suppliers’ invoices
• Preparation of returns and ensuring adherence to monthly statutory obligations
• Assisting in management of debtors and reconciliation of receivable statements
• Undertake all the clerical responsibilities in the finance
• Follow up on outstanding customer credit
• Daily reconciliation of receipts
• Reconciliation of Bank Accounts
• Cash Book Management
• Maintaining the filing system
• Give Support to Human Resource Department
• Performs any other duties as may be assigned by superior.
Requirements and Skills
• Proven work experience as Receptionist/Front Office or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft word
• Excellent organization skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Multitasking and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service and respectful attitude
Qualifications
• Grade 12 Certificate with credits in English and Mathematics
• Students in final year studying secretarial, business management or accounts
• Certificate in secretarial, business management or accounts will be added advantage
• Minimum age 23 years
