We are seeking dynamic Zonal Sales Development Representatives to join our team in Accra. You will play a crucial role in the success of our MegaWiFi project, focusing on underserved urban and suburban areas. MegaWiFi offers two revolutionary services: MegaWiFi Hotspot – an outdoor WiFi solution offering low-cost data bundles, and MegaWiFi Swift – an unlimited fiber internet service at an affordable price. Your responsibilities include recruiting and managing resellers for both hotspot and Swift services and assisting the marketing team in creating awareness and generating leads within designated areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit potential resellers for MegaWiFi Hotspot and MegaWiFi Swift services.
- Conduct marketing activities including branding and activation.
- Coordinate between resellers and our technical staff.
- Monitor and support the performance of resellers.
- Act as a champion for the MegaWiFi project, driving its success in your zone.
Academic Qualification & Experience:
- A first degree or HND in any discipline.
- At least one year of national service experience.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain our services to potential resellers.
- Strong listening skills, ensuring you understand and react appropriately to reseller needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative relationships to achieve organizational goals.
