Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our office manager and employees, assisting with daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.

  • Proven administrative experience
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations, ensuring excellent guest relations and a well-organized reception area.
  • Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support, including liaising with other departments and assisting with travel planning, such as visa letters, local transport, and hotel arrangements.
  • Prepare monthly budgets for office supplies and manage logistics, for example, procurement, inventory, storage, distribution, and transportation.
  • Organize shipments and distribution routes for timely deliveries, such as swag items, and team care packages.
  • Assist in organizing and supervising office activities, such as event planning and team lunches.
  • Maintain office facilities, including plumbing, air conditioning, and appliances.
  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
