Required qualifications:
- Bsc. Or higher in Food Processing or similar study program.
- 2 years work experience in either grain or dairy processing
- willingness to learn new processing technologies
- eagerness to work in a team.
- Good Computer Skills (esp. Excel)
Supervision (Dairy/Grain)
- Prepare working plans
- oversee holiday planning of the section

Record Keeping
- Keep records on processing, stock, sales and issuing updated all times
Customer Relation
- Communication with clients
- Keep a client database updated at all times
- Understand their needs and demand
- Handle orders
- organise deliveries
- follow up on payments
Organic certification
- Keep the necessary records updated
- Keep the necessary documentation (flow charts etc.) updated
- Work hand in hand with the responsible for certification
Quality assurance
- Ensure updating and implementation of high quality standards in the processing at all times
- Handle complaints
- Ensure regular updating and implementation of cleaning and hygiene plan in the factory
Work safety
- Ensure that work safety in processing plant is adhered to.
- train staff in work safety
Stock keeping/purchase
- Make sure that all processing materials are in stock in sufficient quantity at all time.
- Oversee market for suppliers of best quality and price.
Product development
- work together with the team to identify opportunities
- lead development process of new products
