Key responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services within the IT industry.
Utilize social media platforms extensively to engage with potential customers and drive brand awareness.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and promote the company’s brand.
Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to clients to showcase the value proposition of the company’s products and services.
Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and agreements with clients, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as technical, accounts and operations, to ensure alignment and cohesion in achieving business objectives.
Provide timely and accurate reports, updates, and forecasts to management on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Experience or knowledge in the IT industry is considered an added advantage.
