• Under immediate supervision, early years teachers develop children’s social and communication skills and provide a safe and secure environment in which the child can learn. They build and maintain relationships with parents/guardians to further support children. Record observations and summarize the children’s achievements. Focus on optimum child development and preparation for a successful transition to primary school education.

Minimum Requirements:
– Must be 20 years old and above
– Must be a Christian with at least 3 years of testimony of Christian faith
– Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education
– Registered/Licensed with TCZ
– At least 3 years of work experience with 3 traceable references
– Ability to relate positively to young children, parents and staff.
– Fluent in English, both reading and writing
– Demonstrate success in working as a member of a team.
