- Plan, organize, and provide instruction in English aligned with the Cambridge curriculum and school standards to meet students’ varied learning needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and engagement.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and address concerns.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in Education in the subject (History or Geography) or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum, with demonstrated success in students’ IGCSE grades.
