The ideal candidate will have experience working in a call center environment and proficiency in using CRM systems. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to our customers to provide assistance, gather feedback, and promote our services

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an outbound calls representative or similar customer service role in a call center.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.
