Duties and Responsibilities

The successful applicant will report to the Head, Legal Department and will be required to perform the following duties among others:

• Undertake due diligence compliance tasks assigned.
• Conduct legal research on matters required.
• Ensure conformity with statutory government practices.
• Provide advisory services on legal matters.
• Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Perform legal vetting of documents and commercial contracts.
• Conduct risk analysis and mitigation.
• Represents the Council in court and before quasi-judicial bodies.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications and Experience

Applicant must:

Possess a minimum of Bachelor of Law degree from a recognized University.

Be a member of Ghana Bar Association

Have at least five years of relevant pre/post qualification experience in the assessment industry
