We are seeking a mildly experienced but highly organized and strategic Business Manager to assist in Management and Administration duties for our group of companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring alignment across the group.

Responsibilities:

– Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
-Oversee supplier partnerships and payment processes
-Managing client invoices and payments
– Identify and mitigate risks, and implement measures to ensure compliance and governance
– Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, and partners
– Drive process improvements and efficiencies across the group
– Ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing between companies and departments
-Manage the weekly and monthly calendars for each agency

Requirements:

– Experience or knowledge in business management, operations, project management or finance
– Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
– Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
– Knowledge in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
– Strong understanding of market trends, competition, and industry developments
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
