The Branch Supervisor (BS) role involves driving of Branch Sales and overseeing the efficient provision of services to all key Stakeholders Particularly Clients. They are responsible for the administration and efficient daily operations of the branch. Responsible for managing the loan process. Provide leadership, training and supervision of branch staff.

Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ of experience in a financial institution at the same supervisory level.
