Shirika Sacco Society Limited was registered on 24th April, 1969. At the time it’s members came from the Ministry of Co-operative Development (which is the parent ministry), although we have since widened our scope to include all other government ministries, all cooperative related organizations, and other reputable public organizations.
Minimum Qualification
- A minimum of a diploma in Business Related Field with preference to Public Relations/Communication/Marketing and must have graduated within the last three years from the date of the advertisement.
- Must be available full time for the twelve months’ duration of the program.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Preferred applicants to be below 30 years in age
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling walk in customers.
- Telephone management: Handling incoming and outgoing calls and sorting the customer enquiries to completion.
- Email Management and feedback management within the service charter
- Member education on products and service
- Any other duty as delegated from time to time.
