Job description

  • Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
  • Conduct thorough inspections of pumps and related equipment.
  • Identify faults, leaks, and performance issues.
  • Recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
  • Install, maintain, and repair dewatering infrastructure, including sumps, pipes and pumps.
  • Visit customer sites to assess pump installations and troubleshoot faults.
  • Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports and document processes.
  • Operate Equipment in a safe manner and use field automation systems.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.
  • Monitor pump performance, fluid levels, and Pump pressures.
  • Troubleshoot and address issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific need.
  • Provide expert advise on pump selection, sizing and optimization.
  • Design sumps and recommend the appropriate pump size for specific applications.
  • Comply with environmental regulations and company policies.
  • Demonstrate a strong safety focus and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Report any accidents near mises, malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly.

To succeed, you will need

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution
  • 3-4 years of experience with dewatering company
  • Hands on experience on dewatering surface and submersible pumps.
  • Exposure to dewatering projects and leading teams.
  • Good at utilising DIGITAL TOOLS to support oneslf and the Customer
  • Ready to go an extra mile in putting a smile on the Customer.
  • Self motivated and result oriented.
