DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conducting light criminal proceedings
2. Conducting light cases of Appeal to the Supreme Court.
3. Preparing the Charge documents, applications and other related documents;
4. Receiving and handling complaints against the National Prosecution Office;
5. Handling witnesses before, during and after testifying in court;
6. Reviewing files from investigative bodies;
7. Doing research in the conduct of criminal cases and
8. Collecting and analyzing criminal case statistics and preparing reports.                         QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE                                                                                          Recruiting graduates of form VI with a first degree in law from universities recognized by the Government and who have completed practical law training from a School of   practical law training from an Academy recognized by the Government.
