Requirement
- BA Degree in human resource, Business Management, or related field
- Total years of experience 5 years out of 2 years in managerial Position
- Hotel experience is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Ethiopian labor proclamation, civil code, and other employment-related regulations & international labor laws & civil codes about domestic laws practice.
- High sense of integrity, confidentiality, and initiating sound judgment of HR functional practices.
- Principled, positive & influenced by a cannon of hospitability & accommodative personality
- An excellent skill of talent searching & talent management exposure
- Great leadership skills & practice
