Shift Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Planning activities of the day
• Ensuring proper housekeeping of all work areas
• Responsible for supervision of all shift activities
• Ensuring safety of contractors and employees under one’s charge
• Communicating any equipment failures to Maintenance manager
• Carrying out team’s performance reviews

Competencies and Skills

• Ability to make fast decisions
• Initiative and innovative
• Good Leadership capacity
• Good communication skills

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of diploma in Electrical /Mechanical /Industrial Engineering
• Three years’ experience in production as Operator, Fitter or Electrician.
