Preventive Maintenance Engineer

Purpose of the Job

Driving maintenance management system; ensuring application of maintenance procedures, methods and best practices. Tracking and reporting maintenance overall performance

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling for tools and equipment safety inspection
• Developing and updating PMR list for every equipment including lubrication
• Developing and updating factory BOM
• Participating in Root Cause Analysis
• Critical spare parts management & equipment replacement strategy
• Lead the preparation and consolidation of the shutdown planning. coordination meetings with assistance from Plant Manager
• Equipment modification and improvement
• Training on maintenance procedures
• Management of maintenance systems and tools
• Assisting in developing maintenance budget based on PMR and major activities planned for the year

Competencies and Skills

• Knowledge of equipment tests
• Knowledge in CAD software e g. Auto CAD or Solid Works
• Knowledge of local safety policies and regulations
• Results driven

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Three years of experience in a busy manufacturing industry
