Cargo Train (CT) is a prominent transport and logistics company operating between Malawi and South Africa. We are dedicated to providing top-notch logistics solutions and are seeking a meticulous and reliable Finance and Admin Assistant to support our Finance and Admin Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist the Finance and Admin Manager with daily financial operations.
•Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
•Handle accounts payable and receivable.
•Process invoices and payments.
•Manage office administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
•Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
•Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
•Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
•At least 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
•Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
