Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing compensations strategy processes that will attract and retain the right talents as required
• Assist in ensuring the company’s operations ,logistics, and maintenance requirement are met
• Manage suppliers and vendors of office consumables
• Help to prepare monthly payroll schedules and pay slips for all staff
• Suggest and initiates programs to ensure alignment of culture to company vision, mission and values
• Assist the Human Resource and Administration function and develop HR strategic policies /processes aligned to the overall strategic direction of the company.
• Help the HHR and HR team in career development ,capacity development and progression of all employees with emphasis on those that consistently exceed performance expectations.
• Work with HHR and other functional managers to determine gaps and ensure adequate and effective training and competence programs are in place to provide staff with the competencies required for success in carrying out their duties effictively and efficiently.

Requirement

Candidates should possess B.Sc and CIPM qualifications.
