Are you someone who can:

• Influence, encourage and manage the cost-effective use of systems and facilities.
• Drive business profitability in the context of cost management through Information technology solutions
• Execute daily Close of Business Activities on the Core Banking and generate required management and operational reports.
• Develop an IT service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service.
• Investigate user complaints and work with Core Banking vendor to implement suitable solutions to defects.
• Handle all production related deployments are change management processes.
• Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users.
• Comply, understand and implement all steps within IT development and meet governance in terms of regulatory and audit requirements.
