Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospital, physician practice, radiographer, medical practitioners and diagnostics centers in order to identify qualified leads, grow market share and increase revenue, and reduce customer attrition
- Identify new market segments, customer profiles, and sales opportunities within the region
- Deliver on quarterly & annual orders and revenue sales targets; maximize profit margin on equipment and service contract sales
- Leverage diagnostic equipment product knowledge to drive funnel growth for the region
- Demonstrate expertise in customers’ installed base and develop technology & capital plans that map with their annual budget process
- Collaborate with customers to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including OEMs, system integrators, consultants, and customers in the healthcare segments (hospitals, NGO, diagnostic centers, medical laboratory and other commercial segments)
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments related to healthcare technology solutions
- Analyze market data and customer insights to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks
