THE PROGRAM
Our Graduate Program is designed to provide you with practical
experience, mentorship, and the skills necessary to excel in your
chosen field. Over twenty-four (24) months, you will rotate through
various departments, gaining comprehensive insight into our
operations and contributing to projects.

Education:
Graduates not later than the Class of 2022 with the following
degrees;
• Data Science,
• Cyber Security Analytics
• Digital Banking,
• Process Optimization
• Agribusiness Management
The prospects should also have strong analytical, problem-solving,
and communication skills, a proactive and collaborative attitude with
a willingness to learn.
Experience: No work experience required. Previous internship is a
plus, but not mandatory.
