Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Logistics department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Warehouse Project Specialist. The successful candidate will report directly to the Stock Improvement Specialist.

Key Purpose Statement 

To support the regions with the implementation of the logistics Warehouse strategy through project related initiatives that will ensure operational requirements are met.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Key Outputs and Accountabilities 

• Executes the implementation of key strategic projects in the warehouse
• Tracks and monitors performance and productivity measures, identify gaps and develops solutions to address the gaps.
• Identify & exercise operational efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Ensures standard processes are implemented and cookbooks are updated.
• Ensure standardization of productivity measures across all operations.
• Support the implementation & improvement of various systems, processes, resourcing and capability.
• Engage with and support the regions in implementation of initiatives.
• Support regional management in problem solving to improve operational effectiveness.
• Share operational best practices across the supply chain
• Manages collaboration across the value chain.
• Ensures benefits are derived for projects and value capture initiatives

  • Skills, Experience & Education
  • Qualifications and Experience 
    • B Comm. or related B Degree (Business Management, Logistics or Transport)
    • Minimum of 5 Years relevant experience.
    • Experience in logistics and business software systems
    • Project Management qualification or relevant experience
