Education:

LLB/LLM or related fields.
Experience:

Ten/Nine years proven and relevant post qualification experience out of which two years in a similar role or managerial position in financial sector.
Knowledge and Skill;- Excellent Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
Written & spoken English language proficiency. Excellent Knowledge of corporate laws and regulations. Excellent computer skill.
