DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Examining patients referred to his workplace
• To take care of the equipment and Radiology equipment in his work area
• Reviewing X-Ray images measured for quality and adequacy (diagnostic quality)
• Keeping the pictures of the patients until the answers reach the doctors who referred the patients
• Supervising the employees under him
• Giving Advice on Radiology and Radiation issues in his work area.
• Preparing medical/diagnostic equipment and managing the cleaning of equipment in his work area (sterilization)
• Provide initial training to employees who are assigned to work in their work area.
• To do other tasks assigned to him by his head of work related to his education, experience and skills

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Hiring Diploma holders in the field of Radiology Technology from a College recognized by the Government, who are registered with the Tanzania Council of Radiologists.
