Job description

To continue BRUNA’s growth, we are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager in Retail & Wholesale to join our team.  In this position, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to continue to foster the growth of BRUNA’s distribution channels, which includes all aspects of our Retail & Wholesale operations, developing, managing, and expanding accounts, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Are you ready to join us?

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategies for both retail and wholesale channels.
  • Manage and lead the retail and wholesale channels within BRUNA and the related sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction across all sales channels.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and a genuine love for variety in your day-to-day tasks—one day might be spent doing an inventory count in a retail store and the next aligning with a wholesale client on business strategy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Proven track record as a hands-on business leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and the passion to succeed.

Expect to work in an environment where learning and growth are prioritized, teamwork is celebrated, ownership is encouraged, and transparency is valued. We’re committed to progress over perfection, putting the team first, owning the outcome, and telling the story behind our responsible jewelry practices.
  • Investment in Your Growth: We’re committed to your professional development. Benefit from access to a coach, dedicated development budget, and numerous opportunities to expand your skills.
  • Flexibility and Trust: Being a fully remote team, we’re dedicated to being a flexible employer. We understand that your best work may happen outside of traditional office settings, and we trust you to manage your time and environment effectively.
